We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us in our new role of Regeneration Development and Delivery Manager, managing the delivery of our complex and multi-faceted regeneration programme.Youll be supporting us in our strategic priority to build theright homes, in the right places and managing investment into our existing estates to support our customer promise.This is a great opportunity to really make your mark, using your technical development skills with customer and community facing experienceto deliver new build and refurbishment projects from inception to completion. Youll be ensuring that our customers and communities are always at the heart of Regeneration.Youll manage and deliver projects from site/estate identification through to aftercare, working collaboratively as part of our national strategic asset group.This will include options assessments, land and development legal frameworks, project appraisals,planning submission and managing construction through to project completion.Youll be working across several sites and estates delivering a variety of development investment solutions.
