Property Manager - Home and Office Based (near West Hampstead) - up to £39,000Our client is an independent, warm & friendly and well-run family feel property company providing a traditional "service led" block management operation. They are looking for an experienced property manager to work closely with the property director and busy vibrant team overseeing a well-run and loyal RMC and freeholder portfolio that they have retained through hard work and excellent customer service provided over many years.The successful property manager / block manager is likely to have at least 3-4 years experience managing a residential block portfolio, a stable career history and ideally AIRPM (although this is not essential) and experience of working with property software e.g. Propman or similar.As a successful Property Manager you should have a customer focussed approach alongside broad block management experience covering all aspects from setting of budgets to managing contractors and overseeing works, health & safety, insurance provision, handling major works (S20) and liaising with residents (AGMs etc).Initially a home based role, particularly given the current situation, it is likely that the role will be part home based, part office based and some site visits, all of course complying with social distancing requirements.The company has a particularly friendly, relaxed yet professional environment where you will enjoy good team support and have the ability to work closely with the Director who has many years knowledge and experience to share.Salary for the successful Property Manager is up to £39,000Due to the number of responses we receive to our advertisements we are unable to respond individually to each application.
