Job Description

This is an amazing opportunity to work for a global technology company, managing the launch of a Large scale project of a new streaming platform that focuses on the impact of the music of Black origin on British culture. This will include project managementof content, Events and communication, and management of internal and external stakeholders with a focus on deep community impact.THE ROLE:* Leading community outreach, partnerships and steering committee activity, driving next steps and owning resolution* Owning the launch event, ensuring it resonates with all sets of core stakeholders (community, external steer co, internal xfn)* Finding and scoping additional public engagement at events across the country* Managing an event team to ensure a high standard of delivery* Working with internal Arts and Culture to onboard community-focused partners, including one that will house all editorial features* Using an understanding of the Artists and Creator ecosystem and links with Artist and Creator ecosystems to drive participation in the project and coordinate xfn involvement (marketing, comms, partnerships, policy, etc)ESSENTIALS:* 4-5 years experience in programme or project management within the music or arts industry* Deep knowledge and related experience of the music industry in the UK and broader global trends, with strong external and community relationships* High emotional intelligence that enables close working relationships with key leaders internally and externally* Ability to deal with ambiguity, solve complex problems and scale effectively across a large and highly distributed organizationBENEFITS:* A chance to be involved in a drastic change* Free breakfast, lunch and dinners* Onsite Gym available* Working with key decision makers and influences* Discretionary bonusIf you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
