Job Description

As a Partner Coordinator at Wunderman Thompson Commerce & Technology you will work with the Growth team in providing support across multiple functions.This is an opportunity for someone either starting out or early on in their career who is keen to enter the exciting world of commerce, experience and marketing technology, rapidly proving yourself with your direct team and the C-suite, and in time progressingwithin a dynamic, fast growing company.Responsibilities:Managing partners

  • Build constructive and mutually beneficial relationships with vendor partner and sales teams
  • Attend and occasionally lead regular ongoing cadence/check-in calls with vendor EMEA and local partner contacts (weekly, bi-weekly & monthly), and also internal stakeholders
  • Organisation, co-ordination and administration of partner meetings and associated tasks, ensuring presentation materials are prepared, reviewed by internal stakeholders and also ensuring timely completion and follow-up on our deliverables and actions
  • Work with internal stakeholders to run, manage and delivery against partner plans (inc. business plans, new propositions, marketing plan and enablement plans)
  • Track and manage existing client lists, casestudies and target accounts lists pertinent to the various partners
  • Managing lists of partner materials, contacts and portal links and sharing these with internal stakeholders whenever required
  • Support Partner Managers on major projects and with administrative tasks
  • Field partner opportunities to New Business team
Partner training & enablement
  • Managing and co-ordinating enablement/certification across the EMEA sales and technology teams
  • Webinars/events/bootcamps distributed to relevant teams and sign-ups monitored
Partner marketing
  • Support partner marketing team in any joint marketing with partners e.g. partner events, campaigns and content
  • Attendance of key partner events
  • Support new business team and partner managers by setting up meetings with vendor sales teams

  • Ability to communicate well at all levels and build good relationships, both internally and externally, whilst be personable and professional.
  • Excellent experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Driven, organised and motivated with a genuine passion for success
  • Team player, prepared to support others when required
  • Self starter with excellent problem solving skills
  • Personable, dedicated, punctual and able to use initiative, able to prioritise, to meet deadlines and to respond to business needs.
  • Accuracy, timeliness & reliability in all data management and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail
