Job Description

Quandoo is the fastest-growing real-time reservations platform for restaurants. Quandoo provides diners the easiest way to explore the restaurant space and reserve a table at theirrestaurant of choice.With just a few clicks diners select from a wide range of local favourites to Michelin-starred gourmet restaurants. Having chosen a restaurant, diners receive instant confirmations on their reservations and benefit from loyalty points. Job Description

  • Uploading new and maintaining existing accounts to the Quandoo system
  • Helping to manage the Quandoo Reservation system
  • Working alongside the Sales, Partner Management and Finance Departments
  • Creating reports as required
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis and provide the best customer service to customers via email and over the phone
  • Accurately represent Quandoo’s business services from a business, operational and technical perspective to existing customers
  • Keep up with the trends and practices in the industry
  • Qualifications Ideally we are looking for someone who is a recent graduate, with a background in a sales support or customer service/facing role who is looking for an entry-level role. A background in operations is not essential.What is importance to us is your attitude. We are looking for people who are:
