Job Description

* You will ideally have an interest medical science or biology.* Have experience in a fast paced environment.* Engaging, unflappable personality, who has a positive approach to their work.Office AdministratorWe are currently working closely with our Client to recruit an Office Administrator and Logistics Planner. As Office Office Administrator and Logistics Planner you will be working for a small and private business.Who will you be working forOur Client is a distributer and seller of medical equipment; they are also an educator to medical professionals. They are located in NW2.What will you be doingWithin this fast paced position, you will act as the first point for customers and other external organisations including suppliers. Ensuring the smooth running of the office, supply chain and social media. With exciting scope to expand on duties over time.Key Duties:* Supporting the MD with company related administration.* Acting as first point of contact for calls and emails.* Booking hotels and supporting with event coordination.* Supporting with finance related activities using Xero (payroll, information gathering for the accountant etc.).* Supporting with supply chain management (coordinating the importation of medical equipment, storage of equipment and purchases and rentals).* Logging information on excel.* Social media coordination.* Any other reasonable duties requiredAbout you:We are seeking someone with an engaging, unflappable personality, who has a positive approach to their work. You will need to have exceptional IT skills, adaptable personality, strong communication skills and have a natural ability to remain calm under pressure.You will also have had experiences within a similar varied position where you have supported quantitative and qualitative information. This position will involve working at least 3 of 5 days in office and the salary is £25,000pa - £35,000pa (salary is dependent on experience).
