For instance, the developer rather than a homeowner will be your client and the properties you will be selling are usually off-plan.The Foxtons New Homes department is the largest sales team of any agent in London that are open agents, meaning you can work across different regions and multiple developments rather than being restricted to just one. You will typically spend the morningadvising buyers and investors from one of our dynamic caf-style offices and the afternoon will be spent showing new builds and developments across various sites. As well there will be constantly new things to learn from offering financial advice to explainingShared Ownership and Help to Buy.About youAside from a positive mindset, the willingness to learn, and the motivation to develop, the only requirement to be considered for this opportunity is a valid UK or EU driving licence. A strong work ethic and resilience is beneficial, but the want and desireto have fun at work is mandatory.We offer
