Job Description

Network Engineer - Specialist. £350.00 Day Rate - Outside of IR35. 6 Months Contract. Home Based. UK. T6/MN/18273.Global FMCG organization is seeking to secure a Network Engineer - Specialist. The Network Engineer - Specialist will work remotely with IT staff across Europe to support the existing infrastructure and on projects to implement new systems.Technical Skills - Experience Required:

  • Cisco Networking - including Cat9200/9500, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA.
  • CATO SDWAN - implementation experience.
  • Site to Site VPN, MPLS & Migration to SDWAN on Internet.
  • Cisco Meraki Wireless - design & configuration.
  • Internet Connectivity - MPLS, Fibre, Radio, 5G, DSL etc.
  • Understanding of Fortinet firewalls - not directly responsible, this sits with the Security team.
  • Supporting with Network design & implementation.
  • Management of Telecoms - VOIP.
  • MS Teams support.
  • Third-Party Suppliers - experience of partnering with Network Specialists & MSPs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Ability to interact with staff & stakeholders at all levels.
  • Culturally aware - able to interact with stakeholders with limited English.
  • Self- starter, diligent and proactive.
