Job Description

As Marketing Coordinator for our property client you are responsible for the groups lead generation, Social Presence, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Design. In addition to this you will also be responsible for the design and production of all marketing materials either written, web-based, audio, video or other means. Areas of ResponsibilitySocial Media- monitor, publish and drive engagement We operate across various channels including Youtube, Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook. Working with the other marketing team members and outsourced consultants you will oversee the expansion of these platforms to expand our brand and lead generation activities. Monitor social media and news outlets to create opportunity to increase social reach Monitor of hashtags and trending topics to increase engagement Routine scheduling of "evergreencontent" landing pages for lead generation Publish blog posts, news, events, trends & lead magnets for lead generation on social Optimisation and writing of social media posts following social media best practices Search Engine OptimisationOur websites work on a Wordpress Platform using a mixture of Thrive Themes and Elementor with various other plugins. We use Yoast SEO Professional and create around 4 bits of content per week. Lead GenerationWe use the Infusionsoft & Mailchimp platforms for marketing communications. A large part of your role will be dedicated to the generation of leads for the sales team and marketing automation process. Undertake and support in the Copywriting and design of all marketing collateral including: Blogs - Research, Property, News, Investment Research and maintain engaging and relevant content Maintain and ensure information is up to date and reflective of todayCopywriting / Interviews/case studies for blog posts/case study pages Optimising against keywords and incorporating links to relevant pages and channels Image sourcing and basic editing Publishing and distribution on all channels including newsletters Optimise Alt Text of all images to keyword, URL, page title and meta description of blog posts, first keyword link Optimise content and internal and external links to follow SEO best practice Follow standard naming conventions for page titles and tracking URL creation Ensure lead magnets/ books are on a mobile 1st pages and desktop Clone PPC pages for upload into Adwords with tracking templates Optimise content, images and text for Speed & User test on Google Console Improve page conversions and time on page Rework page design and page preview to ensure effective display on mobile devices Ensuring pages are errors that could implement engagement. Verifying page load speed through Google Console speed test to ensure all pages score to increase mobile engagement Property & Product Launches - Property / Books / Special Reports (DDIs/books/property blog/emails) Creating the DDI/book Creating and copywriting the available property page, pro Required skills
