Job Description

A highly successful online gaming company are seeking a Marketing Communications Executive – Hybrid to join the brand and communications team to help build and deliver the global strategy. This is a unique opportunity for a talented, self-motivated individual looking to gain more experience in TTL campaign marketing offering a salary of up to £37,000. As a Marketing Communications Executive – Hybrid you will:

  • Support the Marcoms Lead to deliver the creative for all global digital product, brand, acquisition & retention campaigns across website, mobile / desktop programmatic, paid and organic social.
  • Initiate and manage the creative brief process for all markets - including briefing copywriters, and designers, approving concepts, gaining approval from compliance/brief owner, organizing translations and supplying the final assets to brief owner.
  • Support Marcoms Lead on global campaign planning, working with stakeholders in the digital, performance, social and product teams to plan the annual Marcoms calendar and keep up-to-date.
  • Benchmark the company offline / online activity vs competitors.
  • Work with Insights agency to scope, cost and deliver the annual brand tracker and on the annual on-boarding survey.
  • Define direct mail strategy for the upcoming year for Casino and Bingo and review results monthly.
  • Present the DM results and activity to the UK team quarterly.
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive – Hybrid with the following:
  • Previous experience in a Digital Marketing role with a proven track record in marketing communications working in a multidiscipline structure where digital channels are used to leverage and benefit from ATL campaigns.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing end to end campaigns.
  • Good eye for competitor and other industry marketing to ensure company is at the leading edge of campaign marketing.
  • A keen interest and knowledge in iGaming.
  • Experience in directly working with creative agencies.
  • Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of current concepts, strategies and best practice.
