EA Recruitment are recruiting for one of our clients, a dynamic property consultancy firm specialising in the rentals, sales and acquisition of residential properties within prime Central London.We are recruiting an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their successful Lettings department, as a Lettings Negotiator you will be working within a team of 4 dealing with properties ranging from £1500 - £7k per week. This is a role which offers lucrativecommission and a long-term career for a Lettings Negotiator who is focused on excellent service and are highly self-motivated.In this role you will be dealing with international clients such as Heads of State, embassies and international royalty.The earning potential for this role is £60k - £70k OTE in year 1 with the opportunity to build your pipeline by getting paid on your renewals in year 2 onwards.Interviewing now with an immediate start.The duties of a Lettings Negotiator: Dealing with enquiries, registering applicants and discussing their requirements Arranging and accompanying property viewings Negotiating offers with landlords and potential tenants Ensuring lettings compliance is met Identifying opportunities to generate new business Keeping clients updated at all times and building strong relationships Working closely with the Lettings Manager to achieve department objectivesRequired skills and expertise: 2 years + experience working within a Lettings Negotiator role Must have excellent standard of written and verbal English Excellent communication skills IT proficient including MS Office Must have a professional approach and be self-motivated Ability to deal with high-net-worth clients Experience dealing with Lettings in Central London would be highly beneficialSalary and Benefits: £25k basic salary per annum Commission: 10% up to £100k, 15% on £100k - £200k, 20% on banking above £200k £60k + on target earnings in year 1 Working hours Monday to Thursday 9.30am - 6.00pm, Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm, No Saturdays but viewings by appointment when necessary outside of working hours Fantastic working environment with real opportunity for a long-term career 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Interviewing nowTo apply for this role please send your CV or alternatively contact the team at EA Recruitment to discuss the role in more detail.
