We consider the entire product lifecycle.About the Context and EnvironmentThe varied nature of the position calls for a high level of adaptability and flexibility in terms of managerial and technical skills. The mentioned tasks are to be carried out within the framework of the yearly IS budget, Total UK (TUK) Business activities and strategy as well as alignment on Total Group and Marketing & Services Branch IS & IT standards, policies and recommendations.About the Job DimensionsKey relationships with Source London General Manager, Source London team, TUK IT Manager, Paris IT, TUK Data Controller.About the ActivitiesThe job holder is responsible for:• IT migration of Source London to TUK’s systems.• Support relevant work stream leaders during transition.• Daily support to end-users for efficient use of above systems and infrastructure.• Manage IT requests & incidents (KPI’s using recording tool).• The optimization of the management of IT materials and licenses.• The continuity of the business (BCP) with a maintained and tested Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) at all Electrical Vehicule (EV) related activities.• Organizes and maintains close relationships with Business for supporting the efficient evolutions of their Business IS and the alignment of their IS Solutions with their medium and long-term business requirements and alignment with Total Marketing & Services and Group standards and recommendations.• Defines EV IT strategy and objectives (budget, IT orientations, roadmap and security).• Organizes and ensures operational management of EV IT equipment systems, availability of business applications and associated data sources.• Negotiates with third parties (Total Group and external) about the scope and conditions of services to be provided for supporting, maintaining, developing or implementing EV IT/IS solutions.• Department Budget preparation and follow-up, covering all EV IT related expenses: Investments, third party services, temporary staff and Headquarter assistance.• Ensure optimum utilization of resources whilst maintaining cost effective services.• Security of the Information System as local group EV security officer. Ensure the effective application of Group and Branch directives, rules and guidelines relating to IS security.- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality and availability for all Business.- Ensure that the company’s EV systems are satisfactorily protectedAbout the Accountabilities• Availability of systems, and management of accesses and licenses to preserve robustness/integrity• Implementation and ongoing support of Group coherent and cost-efficient IT solutionsAbout the Candidate• The ability to understand both business and technical issues is essential• A sound knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Information Technology is also required (security, software, hardware, networking) backed up by 5 years experience• A service orientated’ approach is essential to ensure the appropriate delivery of services to the business• Project management (particularly implementation) is desirable• Good understanding of the industry practice• Fluent English language, French language is desirable
