Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time IT Coordinator to work within a luxury fashion online retailer!You will be the First onsite point of contact for all hardware support matters (endpoint, LAN devices, fixed phone, mobile devices etc.), with support from 3rd party providers

  • Managing the relationship with 3rd party hardware support providers, including IT Support provider
  • Responsible for IT, landline and mobile asset management and uphold reporting to the Operations Director Software
  • Working with 3rd party support providers to ensure maintenance and support for all integration touch points between systems (API, SFTP, EDI etc.)
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience in an office environment, ideally in a creative industry
  • MAC & PC experience
  • M365 administration and delivery experience, across SharePoint/OneDrive, Outlook, Teams
