Job Description

A well-known NHS Trust in London is looking for an HR Business Partner to join them on an initial 2-month basis.The purpose of this role is to provide both strategic and operational support across the Corporate division during a challenging time for the Trust.Main Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the Head of Workforce for this nominated Division
  • Provide expert advice, guidance, and support in the management of employment relations issues, particularly those of a complex and sensitive nature
  • Support managers in the effective application of Trust workforce policies
  • Work with Corporate Services managers and staff representatives to develop and prioritise a culture of effective employee relations and partnership working across all areas of the division
  • Build quick and effective relationships with stakeholders across the division
  • Act as an advocate for change, in identifying the need for delivering productivity and efficiency improvements through working practices
  • Work with resourcing function to meet current and future staffing needs
  • The successful candidate will have:
  • An exceptional generalist business partnering background
  • Expertise around employee relations and change management
  • Ability to develop and implement initiatives to roll out in line with Trust strategy
  • Worked within an NHS setting (essential)
