Job Description

Human Resources Business Partner - 12 month FTCWe are currently working alongside the UK arm of a renowned Global Bank to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner for their forward thinking and proactive Human Resources function.This is a role focused on transformation and change within the business. This is an incredible opportunity to assist in the development of a well-established business whilst collaborating with both senior stakeholders and the wider HR piece.As the HR BP you will be responsible for;

  • Partnering the business to lead and execute the change programmes within both the Retail and Business side of the Bank, including spearheading both union and senior stakeholder engagement
  • Coordinating and developing HR’s contribution to the transformation piece, across all specialist areas.
  • Being an integral member within the business’s change & transformation development team, ensuring all programmes are run smoothly with all involved parties are kept up to date.
  • Building key relationships with senior members of various teams and stakeholders.
  • Our client is looking for an experienced individual who can really slot in to a respected HR team and hit the ground running. They ideally are looking for someone with extremely strong senior stakeholder management skills, who has previously dealt with complex transformation and change projects in a large company.If you are someone who prides themselves on having great relationship building skills and have a proven track record of working in the change & transformation sector of a large global organisation, then please do not hesitate to apply!
