Job Description

Morgan Hunt is working with a prestigious health Charity based in London in search of a HR Administrator to provide solid administrative support to the HR function. You will be ensuring all day-to-day processes are complete, and first line employee enquiriesare handled quickly and effectively.This role would best suit someone with a comprehensive recruitment/HR background and experience using HR databases (Cascade) and/or an ATS. You must be Committed to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and implementing this in all people processes. A CIPD isalso desirable.Role: People Administrator Organisation: CharityLength of contract: 12 monthsPay: £26,000-£29,000Hours: 37.5 hour a weekLocation: Hybrid 2 days a week in the officeYour role of HR Administrator will include:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection cycle, from approval to a job offer.
  • You will have ownership of the full pre-employment checking process making sure all safeguarding and due diligence are adhered to.
  • Create offer letters and contracts for new joiners, follow up and complete reference requests from their current and previous employers.
  • Capture all relevant contractual and approval paperwork for new and current employees within the HR System (Cascade) and electronic people files.
  • Manage the leaver process for all employees including processing leavers on Cascade, arranging exit interviews and drafting and distribution of leaver letters.
  • Use Cascade to undertake data entry for new and current employees.
  • Manage the administration of learning and development. This will include ensuring that all relevant data is collected e.g., Attendance logging and collation of feedback forms. You will also be providing administrative support for their e-Learning platform(Olas).
  • Support the People Coordinator with payroll and benefit administration.
As a HR Administrator you will need:
  • Experience using HR Databases and/or an ATS
  • Ability to handle confidential data in line with GDPR
  • Ability to manage your own workload
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with care
  • Commitment to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and implementing this in all people processes
  • CIPD (desirable)
