Job Description

Helpdesk Engineer / North London - Powershell - up to £32kTechrelate provides IT Services with distinctive Customer Service levels to business owners across London and Europe. They are a growing business with a fantastic company culture and offer training and career development.The Helpdesk Engineer must have the following:

  • Efficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good grammar and spelling and be comfortable using the phonetic alphabet
  • Enjoy the demands that come with working in a client facing environment
  • Understanding of network routing and connectivity management
  • Deployment of RMM agents
  • Endpoint PowerShell scripting
The Helpdesk Engineer will:
  • Provide VIP Customer service to existing clients
  • First response on the Helpdesk solving technical queries over the phone and via email
  • Identify issues and fix supported systems
  • Escalate any challenges that cannot be resolved
  • Contribute to projects and attend client sites as required
  • Clearly document and record time for all conversations, research and solutions provided on each ticket
  • Meet all KPIs for response times, SLAs and logged hours
  • Share ideas and best practise with colleagues and peers
  • Proven experience working within an IT Support environment
  • Experience creating and managing Microsoft 365 Users
  • Windows 10 and / or MacOS administration experience
  • Outlook and Microsoft Remote Desktop knowledge
  • Understanding of network routing and connectivity management
  • Good understanding of PowerShell 365
