A growing business is looking to further invest in the Sports Betting world to develop their current offerings and expand on their revenue streams by hiring a Head of Sportsbook to be based in one of their European offices. As well as a competitive salary, you will also receive a generous bonus package, private medical insurance, income protection, life assurance and a pension scheme.As Head of Sportsbook, your responsibilities will include:- Taking responsibility for the whole Sportsbook business and performance which will include product and proposition development, daily operations, team management, prioritising collaboration across the business and budget management.- Taking responsibility for the overall high-level strategy and understanding how to leverage customer journeys and brand loyalty whilst working with marketing and retention teams.- Directing the product roadmap, working with the product and delivery team to achieve objectives and strategies to include single customer experience.- Directing the marketing plans, working with marketing and retention teams to achieve financial KPIs, objectives and strategy.- Taking responsibility for recruiting, managing, and building a team of highly motivated and skilled individuals.- Creating and developing new ways of maximising opportunities within the sporting world and the business, to increase revenues and deliver against ambitious financial targets.- Overseeing key partner and 3rd party relationships as well as managing senior stakeholder relationships.- Competitor market analysis followed by recommendations of improvement.We are looking for a Head of Sportsbook who has the following skills and experiences:- Previous management experience in the sport’s digital world.- The ability to hold your own with senior stakeholders, through sports knowledge and experience.- Experience in maximising revenue opportunities through cross channel marketing across the business.- Experience driving and developing teams through strong leadership.- Previous P&L responsibility.To apply for this role as Head of Sportsbook, please click apply online and upload an updated copy of your CV.Candidate Source Ltd is an advertising agency.
