We are looking for someone who wants to be more than just a team member, but who wants to join a family of like-minded individuals.As Head of Company Secretarial, you will be developing and overseeing the strategy for the integration and growth of the department and team. You will also manage a portfolio of UK companies. You will be the main point of contact for the secretariat team and liaise with partners and directors internally. You will oversee the creation and adaptation of processes and procedures to be followed by all members of the team.You will have strong experience of working within a professional services environment and have exposure to the essential elements of client service and delivery.   • Have a proven track record of managing teams;
  • Demonstrate thought leadership on innovative ways to deliver existing services and provide ideas on new services;
  • Have demonstrable experience of working in a company secretarial position in a professional services setting.
