Job Title: Manager (Hair Salon) Salary: £28,000~ £35,000 Jubilee Hair is located in the heart of London and has been a part of Londons hair scene since 2003. Many of our stylists have long term experience all around the world from Europe to Asia and has diverse knowledge on different hairstyles and hair types. Our artistic team are able to communicate in more than one language such as English, Korean,Chinese and Japanese. Our diverse experience and knowledge enables to achieve clients expectations and promises to an exclusive salon experience like never before. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring that customers are welcomed and deal professionally with allcustomer queries and complaints. Carry out treatments in a relaxed, friendly and clean environment with professional manner. To make clients aware of retail products and hair recommendations. Builds relationships and relates well to all kinds of customers,building appropriate rapport and creating constructive and effective relationships to maintain loyal clientele. Leading by example to ensure the best consultation and advice takes place with customers. Book customers appointments with efficient time allocatedfor each appointment. Manage the studio team to provide an excellent service to customers within the Beauty Studio environment. Team management including performance, rotas and training for the team (approximately XX stylists). Continuously mentor andmanage the team, share knowledge with the team to maximise sales and deliver exceptional service. Take ownership for the ordering and management of salon stock. Operating the cash register to receive payments from customers and ensuring the correct cashup procedures are followed at the start and the end of the day, supporting the wider store with this task if needed. Skills and Requirement Have outstanding communication skills Established back ground in hair dressing specifically for Asian customers Organised, have good leadership skills, be an excellent communicator with the technical ability to inspire the team. Previous management experience of a similar size team. Functionally capable, demonstrates the breadth and depth of functional technicalknowledge that is required to carry out the role to a high level. Has good commercial understanding and enjoys working in a busy ever changing environment and has the drive to succeed. Ability to encourage, manage and motivate the team and to ensure allstaff are well trained, happy and optimizing their potential in terms of treatments and retail sale.
