Job Description

Guest Service Manager required ASAP for one of Londons hottest new and most exciting high end luxury Hotels located in the heart of Holborn next to Covent Garden in Central London.In this key position as the Hotels Guest Service Manager you will be responsible supporting, leading and inspiring a Front Office reception team to deliver an exceptional end to end service experience for guests.This is a hands-on position where you will be required to lead by example keeping your team inspired, motivated and focused on delivering the very best guest service experience at all times.We are ideally seeking a Guest Service Manager with the following;Desirable

  • Previous experience in a in a similar Guest Services FOH, Front Office role at a 4 or 5* hotel
  • Familiarity with Opera or similar front desk operating system
  • Team management experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A Passion for hospitality
