Job Description

Our client is looking to appoint an Interim Group Organisation Development Manager who will support the delivery of the organisations HR Corporate Plan across the integrated areas of Performance Management, Talent Management, Engagement and Culture and D&I. Engagement*Work closely with the Group Head of Engagement to manage the end to end survey process and activities for the full employee survey and to support the evolution of our capability to pulse survey and provide actionable insight to the business*Support the communications activity throughout the survey cycle*Support the survey strategy including the frequency of data collection, data collection methodology and question sets*Support the roll-out of the new global recognition programmeDiversity & Inclusion*Project lead the Group Inclusion & Diversity plan *Facilitate the delivery of D&I initiatives across the organisation including support to the business led D&I Forum, establishing employee networks, developing external partnerships, supporting initiatives to increase awareness of inclusion and to attract, retain and develop diverse talent*Work with HR colleagues to ensure we are embedding D&I into all aspects of the employee lifecycleTalent & Performance (T&P)*Manage and deliver the end to end Talent & Performance cycle working with Leaders, Managers and the HR community across the businesses and functions*Evolve our approach to Talent Management including increased usage of the HR system - Workday to improve the user experience*Where required, partner with corporate functions on their talent agenda, sharing learning and providing expert insight and support on talent identification, development and career pathways to build the breadth and depth of their talent pipeline*Support the corporate early careers plan delivery *Provide analysis and insights on the talent and performance data and trends to inform the corporate talent, development and D&I interventionsLearning & Development*Working with the Head of Talent and L&D, project manage the refresh of the Group Management Standards to support their adoption across the business *Provide support to Group-wide Learning & Development initiatives as required Person Specification (minimum requirements)Education & Certifications*Qualified to degree or equivalent levelJob Specific Requirements*High learning agility and drive*Discretion and judgement*Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and to multi-task*Strong relationship and influencing skills, evidence of collaborative partnering*Good project management skills *Sound data analytical skills*Good Excel and Powerpoint skillsExperience*Previous experience in corporate talent management, D&I and functional business partnering roles desirable*Previous experience of working in international environments and with a diverse workforce spanning operational to professional roles preferred*Track record of delivering projects to demanding deadlines and rapidly making an impact*Evidence of successful engagement and collaboration with a range of stakeholders*Experience across key HR disciplines including Talent Management, Performance Management, D&I, Learning and Development and Engagement*Experience of Workday or other enterprise HR management systems requiredIf you are interested in this exciting opportunity and want to work in a fast paced environment then please contact Roevin Manchester - or alternatively apply.
