Job Description

They are currently looking to appoint a Group Finance Manager to join theirteam in central London.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the preparation and review of the Central management accounts and consolidated Group monthly management accounts packs
  • Investigate and provide commentary on variances
  • Responsible for the internal reporting suite and KPIs
  • Maintain cashflow forecasting for the Central entities
  • Maintain profit forecasting including departmental reporting
  • Preparation and review of timely departmental and cost reports, providing insight and challenge
  • Support the budget and continual forecasting process
  • Preparation of year end audit file, support with audit requests
  • Preparation of data driven analysis to support business decisions
  • Actively support in improving and finding efficiencies of process and systems
  • Oversee the preparation of Vat returns
  • Maintain strong relationships with commercial and operational teams
  • Develop and lead the Treasury function whilst supporting the wider finance stakeholders
What you will need to be great for this role:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Have previously managed and mentored finance teams
  • Take initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Team player with pronounced numerical affinity and accuracy
  • Previous experience with ERP systems (Exchequer), and reporting platforms (Tableau, PowerBI) an advantage
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, set goals and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
