Prospectus is excited to be working with Start Network to source a Fundraiser for their exciting Bangladesh Start Fund on a 3-month temporary basis (with possibility of extension).Start Network is the spearhead of a new era in humanitarian action. It currently brings together more than 50 aid agencies across five continents, ranging from large international organisations to national NGOs. Together, their aim is to transform humanitarian action through innovation, fast funding, early action, and localisation.As the Temporary Fundraiser, Bangladesh, you will prepare the business case for further FCDO funding, working closely with the Start Fund Bangladesh team and the Head of Resource Mobilsation. Beyond this, you will focus on setting a plan for diversification of funding and manage all of the everyday activities related to raising funds for Start Fund Bangladesh, this will include prospect donor mapping, writing proposals, and pitching to donors.You will need to have skills in generation income from institutional donors (particularly FCDO/DFID) and trusts and foundations.
