Job Description

FIRE SUPPRESSION ENGINEER To provide support to our clients Active Systems team and wider teams in the delivery of client facing fire safety work.Location: Either London, Birmingham or Buckinghamshire but flexible to work remotely across the UK.Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience across a range of sectors
  • Hold BEng or MEng or FDSC plus LPCB & FHC
  • Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
  • CSCS card required
    • Experience to include
  • High level design of sprinkler, water mist, deluge and monitor systems
  • Conceptual advice & specification of systems to clients
  • Review of third-party system designs
  • Witnessing of commissioning tests for such systems
    • Responsibilities to include
  • Effectively plan, deliver and provide fire suppression system support to Clients across the UK
  • Attend client meetings, site surveys, committees etc.
  • Professional correspondence, liaison, reporting, etc. with staff, clients, regulatory bodies, insurers etc.
  • Determine and use physical and financial resources effectively
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
