Executive AssistantWe are recruiting for a new Executive Assistant, to join our team supporting the Directors of RNIB.Executive Assistant Responsibilities:- Senior executive / board level support.- Attending and supporting leadership meetings.- Providing support, guidance and advice to the board of trustees.- Proactive management of communications, administration and diaries.- Drafting briefing and meeting notes, documents, presentations and correspondence.- Taking minutes at meetings.- Coordinating papers for trustee board and committee meetings and SMT meetings.- To be prepared to travel to conduct the duties of the role if required.- Maintaining strict levels of confidentiality.Based in London, the post may involve some occasional travel to our other offices in the UK.Executive Assistant Requirements:You’ll have experience of providing executive support services at director level, be adaptable, have a can-do approach and the proven ability to organise your time effectively, prioritise workload, meet deadlines and multitask with ease.
