.....RARE Equity Participation, PE BACKED, FAST GROWTH, OPPORTUNITY TO SHAPE GROUP INFRASTRUCTURE...Our client is a consumer-facing business and has managed to sustain its progress during the pandemic year.This is a wonderful opportunity to stamp your mark on a fast-growing Group, as the first stage in building the Group infrastructure to support its pan European acquisitive and organic growth.The newly created role will take responsibility for the provision of dedicated European control/commercial resource to the CEO and CFO, working closely with the operational European FDs.Experience Requirements:Graduate, qualified accountant with 7+ years of experience working as a Business Partner within Finance, ideally with prior experience in a PE-backed environment.Senior operational finance experience covering transaction services and modeling experienceExperience managing stakeholder relationships and lender agreements/covenant requirementsExperience conducting detailed business process and data analysis, to implement best practice across a European GroupProven experience delivering finance and/or IT projectsExperience managing third party audit/tax advisory relationshipsExceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, dedicated to exemplary customer serviceAn additional European language(s) is prefered Required skills
