Early Careers Manager, 6 months, £300-£400 per day. Flexible depending on experienceOne of the worlds largest NGOs is seeking an Early Careers Manager to join on a contract basis for an initial 6 month period. Within this role you will be working with emerging talent and top academics who are tackling some of the biggest challenges in society.Responsible for the project management and enhancement their early careers strategy across Graduate, Internships and Apprenticeship programmes.Duties Design and deliver early careers strategy Assess social media and advertising branding Work with the wider team to create job descriptions and identify new roles Attend campus events to attract candidates and promote brand Ensure diversity and inclusion ambitions are met Mark out and oversee the full life cycle of apprenticeships Responsibility for diversity and inclusion within the trainee/apprentice team Work with head of training and development to manage budget and forecastExperience / skills required Previous experience in attracting, recruiting and developing early careers talent Project management in delivering graduate and internship programmes Competent in the use of ATS software Experience in recruiting and building relationships and partnerships in businessPersonal Specification Excellent communication, networking, collaboration and presentation skills Strong relationship builder and problem solver Versatile, influential and credible Confident with analysing data Strong project management and leadership skills
