You would be working alongside theirexecutive leadership committee and overseeing their real estate portfolio from our asset management parent company, Bravo Investment House.They hire top talent who embody their entrepreneurially-spirited, institutionally-disciplined culture, our head of growth will be required to have a proven track record of success in their field gained from a high-growth company focused on a customer-firstapproach to business. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for growing our asset management and investment portfolio focused on the fastest growing sector of real estate which is the built-to-rent (BTR) sector, in addition to being an owner-operatorin this space we actively invest in proptech, hospitality and real estate tech ventures.This role is ideal for someone ready to embrace a leadership challenge where you will have the opportunity to drive and influence business growth by taking responsibility for our digital customer success journey, growing brand equity, managing our existingclient and stakeholder relationships in addition to, supporting our directors with asset management activities across our growing investment portfolio.What it involves:

  • Growing our B2B and B2C business and community through distinctive, engaging and purposeful content marketing activity.
  • Working with our executive committee to develop, implement and manage the digital growth strategy.
  • Managing and getting the most out of our creative, research and technology partner agencies.
  • Proving commercial understanding, establishing procedures in which different areas of the business can work together to achieve greater synergy and commercial success.
  • Overseeing, developing, and executing creative campaigns to fuel revenues in the digital channel (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website, Digital PR)
  • Reporting and analysis of data and insights to drive performance and proactive customer success research.
  • Tracking and boosting customer and industry reviews and testimonials online.
  • Securing digital mentions and building authoritative backlink features to profile the company and drive website growth metrics.
  • Managing top of the funnel conversion metrics, optimising our website platform and driving the successful adoption and usage of marketing technology.
  • Improve long-term customer value by developing and innovating the customer experience journey together with our property general managers, and executive committee by conducting in-depth customer reports derived from qualitative and quantitative researchmethods.
  • Designing, executing and managing budgets to acquire new customers, retain existing customers, surprise and delight, engage and convert prospective leads.
  • Develop, manage and report on data-driven content management solutions geared towards our community.
  • Managing customer relationship management (CRM) and Property Management Software (PMS) software tools together with building unique data studios in parallel to developing key insights extracted from lead generation tools, Google Search Console, Google AdWords, Google Analytics and a website content management systems.
  • Management of digital budget, working to monthly targets and overall business key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicating monthly/annual results to the rest of the business/ stakeholders.
  • Supporting our property general managers and guest relations teams with pricing strategy, customer narratives, creative resources, brand kits and, developing sale tools to support growth
  • Being creative and curious, confident to problem-solve and able to execute complex projects on budget and within a set timeline.
Required
  • 5 years of growth marketing experience in senior management or, a leadership role having successfully managed cross-functional business teams through growth hurdles
  • Business Degree in finance, marketing or communications from a recognized institution
  • Digital marketing/ google certified or, has experience in a start-up, high-growth tech and/or agency environment.
  • Understanding the complexities of building a multi-product, cross-channel customer acquisition strategy and plan.
  • Previous experience in managing agencies.
  • You consider yourself to be a tech and data-savvy
  • Full-time office working arrangement, must be able and willing to come into the office and engage in building company culture
  • First-hand experience executing, managing and optimizing performance across digital marketing channels and budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills and a good communicator to create compelling arguments that encourage high-quality decisions.
