Job Description

Our founder is an ex-BCG senior Principal and Wharton MBA graduate. They are set to revolutionise the childcare market, inthe UK and beyond.Childcare is a major pain, as every parent knows it! But theyre here to solve it. Their matching of parents to nannies is grounded in psychology and powered by technology. The team are sourcing the best nannies, and automating parts of the matching processwith the most innovative AI and blockchain technology solutions. Theyve been called the match.com of childcare!DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Speaking with parents who sign up to the platform to understand exactly what they are looking for in a nanny placement
  • Sourcing and interviewing potential nannies through video calls, ensuring they meet the company standards and obtaining all necessary documentation
  • Communicating with parents and nannies throughout the day to help find the perfect match, this is the main focus of the role and how your success will be measured
  • Delivering excellent customer service when dealing with any parent or nanny issues
THE IDEAL CANDIDATEWere looking for someone with a strong understanding of the challenges that parents face when it comes to childcare, and returning to work after maternity leave.About you:

  • Oozes confidence, comfortable in picking up the phone to speak with parents and nannies
  • A good communicator. Youre able to write clearly, simply and accurately. Excellent English is a must!

  • Has a friendly personality and must be a team player
