We intend to underpin this work with in-house skills to enable us to fully leverage the capabilities provided by this platform. This key new role - which must combinestrong technical capabilities, leadership and business process improvement - will direct day-to-day CRM support and development, the strategic direction of the CRM platform and its associated systems, relationships with 3rd-parties, internal stakeholders andthe internal CRM Support function.Knowledge and Experience RequiredExperience of successfully implementing MS DynamicsExperience with Microsoft Power Platform, including building Power Automate Flows, Power Apps and Power BI reportsDemonstrable experience in Change ManagementIn-depth experience of Structured Project ManagementUnderstands and uses programming and documentation best practicesDemonstrable experience of implementing and working with Agile Development, MS SharePoint, MS Dynamics, Microsoft365, Moodle, SQL Server and ITIL Service ManagementMicrosoft certification (Functional Consultant Associate) in Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service desirable.Excellent Relationship Management skillsA relevant degree or equivalent qualificationTo apply to this role please send your CVDue to the volume of applications we are only able to contact successful applicants.
