Job Description

This roleCome join a team that is working hard to make sure that the residents of our high-rise buildings are safeand feel safenow, and in the future.Customer and building safety are our top priorities, and in this role you will make a significant contribution to the Safer Buildings Department.With a varied workloadand demanding timescales, the COBie Administrator will support the department with COBie data gathering, managing and updating for all our in-scope buildings.The COBie Admin will focus on processes which support the management of formal governance and delivery of the Building Safer departments information.They will:

  • Review and identify COBie data from development project files.
  • Collate and produce COBie information for in-scope legacy buildings (where necessary reverse engineering from 2D drawings, O&Ms, compliance information and Health and Safety files).
  • Ensure that all COBie data sets are maintained and up-to-date.
  • Review any updated COBie data and ensure that it conforms to our standards and requirements.
What youll need to succeed
  • You will be able to demonstrate good knowledge of Revit and BIM, with experience with Cobie data advantageous
  • Practical experience and knowledge of building systems, processes, and procedures.
