Job Description

Redimeer are recruiting for a Client Services Analyst to join a leading FinTech based in London. As a Client Services Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our clients when they have questions, problems, and feedback. You will build and maintain relationships with them and work to improve their experience with the platform, making sure they can run their business and make optimal trading decisions using our analytics.The Role:

  • Corresponding with clients regarding their day-to-day issues and questions when using our software, ensuring that their concerns are dealt with quickly and to a high standard.
  • Monitoring our systems to keep the platform running smoothly.
  • Working closely with software developers and other analysts to investigate, diagnose and fix platform issues.
  • Performing one-off analyses requested by our clients to help them better understand and optimise their trading costs.
  • Obtaining feedback from clients and relaying it to our product and relationship management teams to drive enhancement of our services.
  • Requirements:
  • You can effectively communicate with clients, be it face-to-face or written correspondence.
  • You can confidently articulate and present your own ideas and solutions, as well as guide technical discussions.
  • Your language is coherent and concise - you ensure that everything you write can be understood by the person reading it.
  • You know when to approach others for help and are skilled at extracting the right information from the right people.
  • You are a systematic problem-solver, methodically working through possibilities to find a solution.
  • You can balance multiple competing priorities, focusing your attention where it’s most needed.
  • You have recently graduated from a top university. Quantitative or analytical degrees (e.g. Business, Economics, Maths, Finance) are preferable but not essential.
  • You ideally have some experience in a customer-facing role and have demonstrated you can build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Through work or education, you have demonstrated the ability to solve technical, data-driven problems.
