Our teams include our Customer Contact Centre and specialist teams like income collection, rent and service charges and resident management. These are what make us such a great team, working together as one to achieve our vision.The roleWe have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Charity and Events Administrator in London. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Social Economy Partner Manager in administrative duties for the art programme within Arlington hostel. This includes: bookkeeping, ordering supplies, invoicing commercial partners, inputting registration details and attendance figures into spreadsheetsand informing customers of the programme or any changes on a weekly basis.
  • Support the Charity and Commercial Manager, with meeting management, minute taking, management of databases of donors and funding opportunities.
  • The main point of contact for internal and external events that you are personally coordinating - liaising with speakers, exhibitors, conference organisers and delegates as necessary regarding event requirements.
  • Ensure all venue bookings are administered and all appropriate room layout, equipment, catering and signage is in place, and payments are collected.

  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service.
  • An interest and understanding of issues affecting individuals that have experienced homelessness or are vulnerable residents that need charitable assistance.
  • Knowledge and appreciation of the importance of Health & Safety legislation.
  • Conference centre experience
  • Charitable administrative experience.
