Alfen are delighted to be working with a market leader who are looking for a C# developer to work on their real time video playback and processing systems used in major tv shows, music tours and live events. (The Oscars, X-Factor, Jay Z, Ed Sheeran, Beyonce, Disneyland, Cirque De Soleil). This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a technical C#/WPF team empowering real-time media engines spanning several technologies and several organisations.A strong candidate will have 2+ years of C#/WPF applications & strong understanding of Object Orientated (OO) design.C# Application Developer -Highly Desirable

  • 2+ years experience developing WPF/XAML applications
  • 2+ years experience of C# and .Net framework
  • 2+ years experience OO design
    • Good to Have up your sleeve
  • Understanding of multi-threaded, event driven and asynchronous execution
  • Understanding of bridging managed to unmanaged code
  • Experience in writing and debugging networked applications
