The services offered through Tes.com play a critical role in helping teachers and school leaders deal with the challenges of providing high quality education to millions of children across the globe.Role overview:The Business Improvement Director will be responsible for setting the vision for the Processes, Systems, and programme of Improvement for Tes. The role will lead the continuation of the process that has begun to improve the efficiency of Tes internal systems, including Finance, CRM and Subscription & User Management. Closely tied to this will be the ability to engage and lead virtual teams from across the business to ensure success is achieved. Reporting into the CTO, but working closely with the CEO, CPO and CFO, this role is integral to improving the user experience of Tes customers and internal business functions.Key role responsibilities:
