Our team of expertly trained Skin therapists are passionate about treating the skin to deliver the best results by feeding the skin from within using our Advanced Nutrition Programme, fortifying with Environ Skincare and finishing with Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup.We innovate.   • You will be performing a extensive range of advance facial treatments in line with the skin3 offering.
  • Proving in- depth skin consultations using our state of the are imaging technology to prescribe the very best in-home care.
  • Providing our signature one-minute makeovers.
  • Work closely with the salon manger to host / support in salon events
  • You will be confident in performing all express beauty services including waxing, intimate waxing, manicures, pedicures, brows and massage.
  • You will be accompanying your clients on their personal skincare journey promoting the iiaa philosophy by introducing clients to all three brands
  • Carrying out start and end of day procedures
  • Updating the client database
  • Front of house cover responsibilities
    • Candidate requirements
  • NVQ level 3 in Beauty (must include electrical facials) - essential
  • Demonstrable experience as a facial therapist
  • Experience working in a similar environment
  • Excellent customer service skills to create a fantastic skin journey for our clients
  • A positive can do attitude; we believe in having a positive and optimistic attitude about everything we do because it inspires others to have the same
  • Highly motivated and driven by retail and service targets
  • Knowledgeable about industry trends
