Assistant House Manager (Head of House)We are searching for aHead of Houseto join ourButler (or BTLR)team at Chateau Denmark.OurHead of Housewill give the good times the right ingredients - from front of house, to behind the scenes and all the places between. Supporting the Chief of House this individual will manage the Butlers and the F&B operation.Possessing the ability to multi-task aligned with a fierce desire to develop, you will be absorbing knowledge on an ongoing basis from your workplace, the wider Outernet district and the community.You will be leading the experience and articulating it from arrival to departure. Bringing an unparalleled level of service, youll work closely with colleagues embodying a no half measures attitude.Profile

  • Food & Beverage and/or Front of House Management/Supervisory experience desired

  • Obtain broad knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations.
Duties
  • Assist in the day-day management of the BTLR operation.
  • Monitoring and overseeing the delivery of Butler, Bartending and Reception duties.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to deliver bespoke level of service to high-end clientele.
  • Assist head of department with setting departmental goals, work schedules, budgets, policies and procedures.
  • Undertake administration duties.
  • Monitor performance and standards of team members.
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding.
  • Developing and training the team to meet the high standards required of them on a day-day and guest-guest basis.
  • Act in line with Chateau Denmarks policies and procedures.
  • Maximising revenue streams.
