Job Description

Assistant Chief ButlerWe are searching for an Assistant Chief Butlerto join our team at Chateau Denmark.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something very special. Sam, Chateau ManagerPurposeAs an Assistant Chief Butlerwe look for you to possess a natural curiosity, desire in creating outstanding guest experience. Possessing the ability to multi-task aligned with a fierce desire to develop, you will be absorbing knowledge onan ongoing basis from your workplace, the wider Outernet district and the community.You will be leading the experience and articulating it from arrival to departure. Duties
  • Assist in the day-day management of the BTLR operation.
  • Managing the team of BTLRs, Concierge and Reception.
  • Monitoring and overseeing traditional Butler duties and Bartending duties.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to deliver bespoke level of service to high-end clientele.
  • Assist head of department with setting departmental goals, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures.
  • Undertake administration duties.
  • Monitor performance and standards of BTLRs, Concierge and Reception.
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding.
  • Developing and training the team to meet the high standards required of them on day-day and guest-guest basis.
  • Act inline with Chateau Denmarks policies and procedures.
  • Maximising revenue streams.
