The UCH Imaging Department has a comprehensive range of state of the art equipment, including 6 MRI, 5 CT scanners, digital Interventional Suites and 10 digital X-ray rooms.The CT service has expanded with the opening of a new scanner as part of the Emergency department re-development earlier this year.Job Title Advanced Breast Radiographer Band 7 – 12 months Fixed termThis is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic radiographers to join our forward-thinking and friendly department in the heart of Central London.As we offer a wide range of services, this is an excellent opportunity to learn new clinical skills and broaden your current skill base whilst working in a supportive team.We are looking to recruit radiographer with sophisticated communication skills and a patient-centred approach. Experience in Mammography is essential. Successful candidates will gain experience in a wide range of breast imaging including stereo–tactic biopsies and inclusion in multi-disciplinary team meetings.
