Job Description

This is an opportunity for a German-speaking person to join a fast-growing online marketing and software development agency focused on delivering optimal results for clients in the online gaming space. The company is a young start up creating thrilling online casino experiences. It is a fast-growing environment with a flat hierarchy - who are keen to test and implement new ideas quickly, without too much bureaucracy and red tape.Due to recent rapid growth, they are looking for a VIP Account Manager that will ensure the best gaming experience to all our elite customers on the world’s most thrilling and leading online casinos on the market - We pride ourselves on delivering an online gaming experience like no other.Role OverviewIn order to be successful in this role you should be keen to join a team of young professionals who are working hard to build a world class online entertainment brand. You will be outgoing, able to use your initiative, have ambition and be keen to understand how the wider business operates.A VIP Manager will work around the needs of all Elite customers to make sure we look after all their needs and overall gaming experience. The candidate will be the key point of contact and has the skills to build ongoing relationship to ensure all requirements are met. As a VIP Manager, you will upsell promotions, reactivate customers that have not played for a while, call customers with banking complications, calculate/award VIP bonuses and engage with all High-level customers on a one on one basis, whether on an off sight visit or during an organised event.We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, fluent in English and German.The applicant must be commercially minded, great attention to detail and most importantly can develop close business relationships with our Elite customers. The VIP Account Manager will work within a vibrant, dynamic and young team to run their own customer base and grow their own VIP portfolio.Key Performance Areas:

  • Act as a key point of contact for all VIP customers
  • Increase VIP revenue by engaging with VIP customers with diverse offers within the regulatory rules
  • Build relationships with our most valuable customers
  • VIP customer management, managing accounts and dealing with promotional enquiries, bonuses and upgrades/downgrades
  • Organising Gifts / Events
  • Highlight valuable customers to the business and welcome them
  • Ensure consistency of communication and according to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation and that all risks within areas of responsibility are identified and managed effectively.
  • Outbound calls to promote campaigns
  • Reactivation of inactive VIP customers
  • Skills Required
  • Fluent in German
  • Very Strong English language skills
  • Strong analytical / numerical skills.
  • An understanding of the gaming industry is not necessary
  • A proven track record of managing projects or portfolios desirable but not necessary
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills
  • Develop & maintain customer communication
  • Ability to achieve targets
  • Behavioural traits required
  • The ability to be innovative, creative with excellent communication and relationship management skills, a lateral thinker with the ability to understand and adapt to market trends
