Job Description

Do you want to work for one of the world leaders in genetics and molecular biology as a Technical ScientistJoining an exciting team, the aim is to improve human health by maximising the command of genomesYoull be working for a stimulating company, offering the opportunity to grow with the company, learning and developing within the team, with the potential for big career growthResponsibilities:

  • You will have a keen interest and experience in supporting customers and providing the best levels of technical customer care possible
  • Autonomously handle inquiry and complaint cases, and seek assistance if needed
  • Dispatch issues requiring field support to team Engineers and Scientists
  • Develops networks with internal Technical Application Scientist team
    • Requirements:
  • PhD in Molecular Biology (Or Similar)
  • Some experience working with sequencing and genomes(Or Similar)
  • French/Dutch speaker (ESSENTIAL)
  • Ability to work in UK (ESSENTIAL)
