Maintenance Engineer, Cambridgeshire Shift 4 on 4 off Days & Nights, Salary £43,500 - £51,000Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias is required to join the team of Maintenance Engineers based near Cambridge to provide engineering support to production,, aiming to minimise machine and equipment downtime and maximise preventativemaintenance.The Maintenance Engineer s key focus areas will be: Minimise machine downtime Prevent manufacturing lost time Planned and Reactive Maintenance on extrusion and packaging machinery, drives, motors & invertors.The Maintenance Engineer will have experience of working as a Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating an understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably food processing, plastics or packaging. The successful Maintenance Engineer will have some the following qualifications: BTECH/ONC qualification as a minimum in an Electrical discipline or Multi skilled Engineering qualification, C&G 2330 Level 3 Electro - technical certificate combined with NVQ 3 Electrical Maintenance Time served Engineering apprentice Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer HNC level in electrical or production maintenance engineeringThis is a well-established global FMCG company.
