Position Overview: As a Serious Injury Lawyer with at least 5 years of experience working in a private practice setting, you will play a pivotal role in handling complex and high-value serious injurycases. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients who have suffered life-altering injuries due to accidents, medical negligence, or other unfortunate circumstances. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a caseload of serious injury cases, including but not limited to brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and fatalaccidents. * Conduct thorough legal research, case analysis, and assessments to build strong arguments for clients. * Provide expert advice to clients, guiding them through the legal process and ensuring their rights and interests are protected. * Prepareand negotiate settlements or represent clients in court when necessary. * Collaborate with a team of legal professionals, including paralegals and support staff, to ensure cases are managed efficiently and effectively. * Stay updated on relevant legislationand legal developments to maintain a high level of expertise in serious injury law. * Qualifications and Requirements: * A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a private practice setting. * Proven expertise in handlingserious injury cases, with a successful track record of securing favourable outcomes for clients. * Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. * Well-versed in relevant legislation and legalprocedures. * A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards. * Membership in a relevant professional organization is a plus.
