Job Description

Sales Order Processor£11.90phMonday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pmFen DraytonIs your work accuracy on point Do you have any eye for detail Then our client would be very interested in you!We are looking for sales order processor to join their sales and customer service team on a temp to perm basis. This role is suitable for an individual who enjoys working as part of a team and is comfortable communicating with customers.You will be responsible for supporting the order processing department and some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that all customer orders are processed efficiently and effectively
  • Accurately loading a high volume of orders onto the system daily
  • Liaise with customers on the status of their orders, adhering to SLAs
  • Handle any queries or complaints
The ideal candidate will be able to manage customer relationships as well as accurately input data onto the internal system.
