Job Description

I am currently looking for someone who either has some experience of working within a technical environment (eg manufacturing, laboratory, cleanroom or similar) and is perhaps interested in the next step or someone looking to start a new role in this sector.Your responsibilities initially will include;
  • Working in a clean room
  • Maintaining a safe working environment
  • Following manufacturing processes and work instructions
  • Updating records and systems
  • Ensuring a high standard of quality
The ability to work methodically and follow instructions is useful as this is a hands-on role and full training will be provided. You will ideally be a self-starter and can work on your own initiative with high level of attention to detail. Good communicationand interpersonal skills are a must as you will need to work effectively as part of the team. Some chemical understanding would be useful but not essential.This role may interest you if you have worked previously as an Operative, Production Operator, Technician, Process Operator, Laboratory Technician, Laboratory Assistant, Cleanroom Operator, Cleanroom Assistant, Trainee Engineer, Junior Engineer or similar.This role is easily commutable from Cambridge, Waterbeach, Ely, Littleport, March, Chatteris, St Ives, Newmarket, Mildenhall and many more places in Cambridgeshire.
