Your primary mission will be to lead the growth and expansion of a well-established company, with ambitious plans to achieve double-digit growth over the next five years.The ideal Managing Director will bring substantial automotive industry expertise to the table, with a focus on areas includingaftersales, warranty, and workshop management. Your skill set should encompass both selling prowess and the ability to foster andsustain valuable industry relationships. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a five-year growth strategy, with quarterly milestones designed for close monitoring and consistent delivery.Key Benefits of the Managing Director Role:

  • Competitive compensation package: £65,000-£75,000 basic salary, complemented by an enticing £100,000 OTE.
