Interim Group Accountant,North Hertfordshire9 Months Fixed Term Contract,£45,000 - £50,000 + benefits.Our client, a highly successful corporate entity with a progressive but structured approach, is looking to source the capabilities of a finance professional with proven technical ability, to develop the group financial reporting procedures across an internationalbusiness. The role, will allow a financial reporting specialist to flourish in an environment which allows for both mentoring and autonomy, and gives the chance to pick up new expertise on an ongoing basis. The role is fluid and thus will change over time, but the initialbrief will comprise of the following areas:- Revenue recognition review reporting including assessment of IFRS15 templates.- Managing audit requests related to projects for group and local audits.- Liaising with Commercial Finance team to provide high quality data within audit timetable- Assist in reviewing the Group accounts and amending as required- Complete IFRS checklist for annual report- Implement corporate company reconciliations- UK statutory accounts preparation.In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be up to date with new financial reporting and tax guidelines.Our client has a reputation for progressing the careers of those that show drive and determination and obviously achieve results.
