Job Description

Part-Time Financial Controller at an award winning IT Support and consultancy companyI am currently representing a well known, Award winning IT support and consultancy company who are looking to bring in an experienced Financial Controller to assist the team on a part time basis.Salary + Benefits

  • £25.5-27.5k
  • flexible working hours (must be Mon - Fri)
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Responsibilities
  • Manage direct reports and complete all reviews as per the company HR requirements
  • Produce, review and update documentation regarding all financial responsibilities
  • All Banking - daily reconciliations of bank accounts and credit card accounts
  • Receivables and Payables controls and reconciliations
  • Assets control and depreciation calculations, including scheduling journals
  • Aligning finance responsibilities to the company strategic decisions, including:
  • Implementing controls within the finance function
  • Preparing budgets and forecasts, and implementing controls
  • Prepare Management Accounts, including; Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
  • Managing journal adjustments including; accruals, prepayments and deferred income
