Altum Consulting are thrilled to bring a Finance Director role to market with a highly exciting early-stage Life Sciences start-up who are growing on the back of investment reached last year. As the firm continues their mission and looks to expand and scale,this is a key hire that will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organisation. This will be a high-impact role and would require someone who is consultative, is technically and analytically strong, and understands the pain points thata business like this may face. This role will require someone who is comfortable wearing many different hats and getting involved in a range of financial management decisions, from creating the infrastructure and getting involved in the detail, to strategicdecision making, business partnering and team leadership.This role provides an exciting and unique opportunity to own the Finance function from day one and to mould/grow a first class finance team in due course.
